1. When will I receive my earnings?
Earnings will be credited to your Wiseband account 45 days after the end of the month in which the distribution started. In other words: Take your release date, go to the end of the month, add 45 days.
Sales reports and payments are therefore always delayed.
2. How do I request a payment?
Go to the menu SALES > PAYMENTS > REQUEST A PAYMENT.
!!!WARNING!!! If you are an association or a company, you must send us an invoice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: For any natural or legal person, your balance must be higher than 10€ in order to request a payment.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
It depends on the payment method of your subscription:
– Credit card, IBAN (bank transfer): Please send your request to: email@example.com
– PayPal: it’s up to you to take the steps to stop the withdrawal. Please follow the instructions on the PayPal website.
4. How do I close my Wiseband account?
Please send us your request either by email or via Facebook. We will carry out an identity check before starting any process.
Once the account is closed, you will receive an email for confirmation and the remaining balance.
5. What happens when my subscription expires?
Once your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to our service. Furthermore, you will no longer be able to request a payment.
